General Massage/Sports Massage: Stroking, effleurage, petrissage, shaking, vibration, friction, nerve manipulation, and tapotement used to stretch and soften tissue, increase fluid circulation, and stimulate or soothe the nervous system.

Myofascial Stretching and Release: Sustained pressure, slowly and without manipulation, affects the elastin, collagen, and fluid substrate of the fascia to release soft tissue restrictions.

Trigger Point/Stress Point Therapy: Direct pressure to loosen tissue fibers and increase circulation over areas of tension, inflammation and/or spasm.

Kinesio-Taping: Application of kinesiology tape to mitigate pain, decompress tissue, and stimulate sensory nerves in skin and tissue.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM/Blading): Use of tools (blades) to increase bloodflow, reduce adhesions, remodel unorganized tissue fibers, reduce scar tissue, and impact the neurosensory system to create optimal tissue change.
